Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishwasher, cookware,air fryer, and more! 2 Decks: Access condo through Deck with swing! Private Balcony off master bedroom with views of the Marsh. Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer in Closet on Outside Master Bedroom Balcony. Master Bedroom: KING size bed, closet, Smart TV, attached bath. Parking for 1 car: Must display parking pass which will be available inside the unit for your convenience. Condo Amenities: Pool, charcoal grills, and picnic area/swings!

Things to do: Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
